We have welcomed the new focus on B2B dealers and some of the fantastic tools now available to us such as online ordering and data support. It's great to have dealer managers now dedicated to B2B. We started trading back in 2005. I approached Hugh Symons as I have been in the industry for over 10 years and I heard that they were one of the better distributors to work with. I can honestly say that they are not only one of the better distributors, but they are most defiantly one of the best. We have a regional account manager on the road and in house. Both of these account managers more than fill their positions. We can call either Lisa or Zoe with a query and guarantee a call back with 24 hours to a solution, never have they failed or let us down. We are updated every single day on stock availability, and any new promotions or incentives which urge us to do better as a business. Recently in an incentive organized between HSC and Orange we came second in the improved dealer category. The prize was a trip to Dubai. Each dealer went alone and joined other dealers and representatives from HSC and Orange. If I was to go on about the reasons for my appreciation to HSC and the way I was made feel welcome and looked after then the buttons on my key board would wear away! All the above leaves me to say that HSC are a class act and I personally would recommend anyone to them.

Better Telecom has been trading for a short period of time and in that time we have needed advice on Data and BlackBerry, BIS and BES and the devices. The service and support on the data side that I've received from Hugh Symons (specifically Ben Pepin) has been exceptional. As an example, I have recently closed a deal and provided a BES Solution for medium sized business in Birmingham who required 9 BES solutions, and although I have been in the mobile industry for the last 4.5 years, it is only recently that I have started to provide the data/BlackBerry solution and to be honest I was very worried about the whole thing. I was reassured not to worry, that I would receive help from Hugh Symons every step of the way. However the reason I am sending this testimonial is due to the fact that at 11am on 13/12/07 I went to the said company in Birmingham as they were porting and also we were meeting with their IT department to sort out the software for the BES solution. I left at 4pm. From the moment I walked in and sat in front of the computer I was on the phone to the Hugh Symons Data department as I needed a lot of help, and I have to say Ben Pepin was absolutely fantastic. Every time I called with a question he guided me in the right direction, I called several times, and he was very patient with me, he spoke to the company's IT person and even guided them, he was so helpful that I feel without his support and knowledge the download would not have happened. After I left the Birmingham office, I called Ben to say thank you and said that the IT department may need to contact him on the Friday for a few more pieces of information and he kindly said that's fine no problem. From my point of view the support, advice and help that I have received from Hugh Symons means I will never worry about selling in any data solution to any customer in the future.
